SHY-DRAGER SENDROMU (OLGU SUNUMU)

Shy-Drager sendromu, otonom serebellar ve ekstrapiramidal sinir sistemindeki yetersizlik ile karakterizedir. Sendromun ana patolojisi, spinal kord intermediolateral sütunda meydana gelen hücre kaybıdır. Klinikte, postural hypotansiyon, terleme bozukluğu, inkontinans, enüresis nokturna şikayetleri ön plandadır. Prognozu kötüdür. Bir olgu nedeniyle, yoğun bakımda tedavi gören bir hastadaki Shy-Drager sendromunu gözden geçirmeyi amaçladık.

SHY-DRAGER SYNDROME: A CASE REPORT

Shy-Drager syndrome is a situation characterized by failure of the autonomous, cerebellar and extrapyramidal systems. The main pathology is the loss of cells in the intermedullary area of the medulla spinalis. Postural hypotension, incontinence, sweat disorders, nocturnal enuresis are the most important clinical findings. Prognosis is unfavorable. In this article, we present a patient with Shy-Drager syndrome that can be encountered any time in an intensive care unit.
