Behçet Hastalığında Akciğer Tutulumu

Akciğer tutulumu gösteren bir Behçet Hastalığı olgusu, nadir rastlanması nedeniyle takdim edilmiştir. Behçet Sendromunun klasik bulguları dışında hastada hemoptizi, öksürük, toraks duvarı ağrısı, dispne, ateş semptomları mevcuttu. Akciğer radyolojik muayenesinde; periferik yerleşimli yuvarlak opasite ve akciğer perfüzyon sintigrafisinde, ilgili segmentlerde trombüse bağlı olarak perfüzyonun izlenemediği gözlendi. Bu bulguların ışığında, Behçet Hastalığı tanısı alan hastaya kortikosteroid, antiagregan ve non-spesifik antibiyotik tedavisi uygulandı. Solunum şikâyetleri düzelip, santral sinir sistemi şikâyetlerinin ön plana geçmesiyle hasta nörolojik takibe alındı.

A case of Behçet 's diseaes with pulmonary involvement is presented. It is a multisystem disorder with episodic progression. Pulmonary involvement has been rarely observed. In addition LO classical symptomes of Behçet's disease, the patient has complaints of heamoptesia, cough, pain at the throax, dyspnea and fever. There was a rounded opacity in the right peripheral region in lung rontgenogram and, as a result of thrombosis, there was a segmental area which was not perfussed in the pulmonary perfusion syntigraphy. In the light of these findings the patienl has been diagnosed as Behçet 's disease and nonpecific anıibiotics corticosteroids and antiagregant drugs administered. The patient was relieved of pulmonary symptoms after 15 days, but because of her neurological condition, she was transferred to the neurology
department.
