Nüks Ekrin Porokarsinoma: Olgu Sunumu

Ekrin porokarsinom çok nadir rastlanan bir cilt tümörüdür. Sýklýkla daha önceden var olan bir tümör zemininde geliþmektedir. Ancak “de novo” geliþim de söz konusudur. Genellikle alt ekstremiteyi tutmakla birlikte gövde ve baþ-boyun bölgesinde rastlanabilmektedir. Prognozu kötü olan ve biyolojik davranýþý farklýlýklar gösteren bu tümör, sýklýkla nüks etme eðiliminde olup deri ve lenf bezlerine metastaz yapar. Ekrin porokarsinomanýn esas tedavisi cerrahidir. Hastalýk radyoterapiye ve kemoterapiye oldukça dirençlidir.

Recurrent Eccrine Porocarcinoma: Case Report

Eccrine porocarcinoma is a rare tumor of the skin. It usually develops on the base of a preexisting tumor. De novo growth is also possible. It generally involves the lower extremities. However, chest and skull involvement is also observed. The tumor, which has a poor prognosis and different biological behaviors, has a tendency to recur, and metastasizes to skin and lymph nodes. Surgery is the main treatment of eccrine porocarcinoma. The disease is very resistant to radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
