De�i�ik merkezlerden gelen, farkl� klinik bulgular� olan 116 olgunun b�brek i�ne biopsisi Haydarpa�a Numune Hastanesi Patoloji Laboratuar�nda histopatolojik olarak de�erlendirilmi�tir. Bu olgular�n 33 tanesinde immunflouresan inceleme de yap�lm��t�r. T�m olgular�n histopatolojik de�erlendirmesinde 14 olgu (%12) tan� i�in yetersiz, geri kalan vakalar i�inde d�rt olgu (%3.9) normal s�n�rlar i�inde bulunmu�tur. Di�er 98 olgu glomerulonefrit tiplerine, glomer�lonefritin histolojik fazlar�na, immunflouresan ve klinik bulgular�na g�re incelenmi�tir.

116 renal needle biopsies from patients from different centers and with various clinical findings were evaluated at the Department of Pathology in Haydarpa�a Numune Hospital. Immunoflourescence study was performed in 33 of these cases. In histopathological evaluation 14 cases (12%) were in adequate and four (3.9%) within normal limits. Types and stages of glomerulonephritis, immunoflourescence and clinical findings of the remaining 98 biopsies are discussed.
