Senkron mesane, prostat ve iki taraflı böbrek tümörü: Olgu sunumu

Kanserli bir hasta ikinci bir kanser açısından genel popülasyona göre 1.29 kat daha fazla risktedir. Multipl tümörlerin büyük bir çoğunluğunun böbrek ile ilişkili olduğu gösterilmiştir. Ürogenital sistemin senkron böbrek, mesane ve prostat tümörlerinin görülmesi oldukça nadirdir ve genelde tek seansta tedavi edilememektedir. Biz tek seansta komplet olarak rezeke ettiğimiz triple senkron ürogenital tümör olgusunu sunduk.

In terms of a second cancer, a cancer patient has a 1.29 times greater risk than the general population. It was shown that the majority of multiple tumors are associated with the kidney. Synchronous kidney, bladder and prostate tumors of the urogenital system are seen quite rarely and usually cannot be treated in a single session. We present a case of triple synchronous urogenital tumors that were resected completely in a single session.
