Surgical Approach To The Hand Injuries With Multiple Digital Amputations: Case Report

Much kind of injuries may occur, involving the hand sometimes causing multiple digital amputations. Our patient was referred to the emergency service with traumatic amputations of the first, second and third fingers of his right hand after a manual work accident. The distal amputates were evaluated as unsuitable for replantation in terms of the present anatomic structures and capacity, the first and second digital stumps were lengthened at different surgical sessions and minimum length for function has been obtained. The gap between the fingers was prevented after the resection of the third ray, having a very short stump and the transposition of the second ray to the third. It was possible for the patient to return back to his previous occupation after the treatment period of seven months.

Elde Çok Sayıda Parmak Kaybı İle Sonuçlanan Yaralanmalarda Cerrahi Yaklaşım: Olgu Sunumu

Elde bazen parmak kayıpları ile sonuçlanabilen çok çeşitli yaralanmalar olabilir. Olgumuz geçirdiği iş kazasından sonra sağ el birinci, ikinci ve üçüncü parmaklarında amputasyonlar ile acilen başvurmuştur. Kopan distal parçaların replantasyona uygun olmaması nedeni ile eldeki mevcut anatomik yapı ve kapasite değerlendirilerek, farklı tarihlerde birinci ve ikinci parmak güdüklerine uzatma uygulanmış, fonksiyon için gerekli asgari boy elde edilmiştir. Çok kısa güdüğü olan üçüncü ray rezeke edildikten sonra, ikinci ray üçüncü ray yerine transpoze edilerek parmaklar arası boşluk oluşması önlenmiştir. Yedi aylık tedavi süresi sonunda hastanın eski mesleğine dönmesi mümkün olmuştur.
