PANKREASIN SOLİD VE PAPİLLER TÜMÖRÜ

Epigastrik ağrı ve kilo kaybı nedeniyle hastanemize başvuran 50 yaşındaki kadın hastada abdominal BT sonucu distal pankreatik kitle saptandı. Total olarak rezeke edilen kitle pankreasın solid-papiller tümörü olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Nadir ve genç yaşlarda görülen, asemptomatik seyreden ve insidental olarak saptanan low-grade malign potansiyelli tümörü literatür bilgileri ışığında incelemeyi amaçladık.

SOLID AND PAPILLARY TUMOR OF THE PANCREAS

A female patient of 50 years old complained epigastric pain and weight loss. Abdominal computarized tomography revealed a mass in the tail of pancreas. She underwent an operation and the mass had been resected completely. In pathologic examination the mass has been evaluated as solid and papillary tumor of the pancreas and has low grade malign potential. This kind of pancreas tumor is frequently asymptomatic, occurs in young adults. We evaluated the case in accordance with revert literature.
