An allergic contact dermatitis developing in a bullous pemphigoid case

Onset lesions of bullous pemphigoid may be in the form of extremely itchy, urticarial plaques. Vesicles and bullae may not appear for an extended period of time. We present the case of an 82-year-old woman who used a topical drug for the onset of lesions and developed allergic contact dermatitis against the concerned drug followed by typical bullous pemphigoid lesions. We present this case in order to attract attention to the onset lesions and differential diagnosis of the disease.

Üzerinde allerjik kontakt dermatit gelişen bir büllöz pemfigoid olgusu

Büllöz pemfigoid başlangıç lezyonları aşırı kaşıntılı, ürtikeryal plaklarla seyredebilir. Bu dönemde vezikül veya büller uzun süre gözlenmeyebilir. Muhtemelen büllöz pemfigoid başlangıç lezyonları nedeniyle topikal ilaç kullanıp bu ilaca karşı alerjik kontakt dermatit oluşan ve daha sonra büllöz pemfigoid tipik lezyonları gelişen 82 yaşındaki kadın olguyu hastalığın başlangıç lezyonlarına ve ayırıcı tanısına dikkat çekmek amacıyla sunuyoruz.
