ENDOSCOPIC BALLOON DILATION IN GASTRIC OUTLET OBSTRUCTION

Clinical, endoscopic and gastric ultrasonographic features of patients with gastric outlet obstruction secondary to peptic ulcer disease are evaluated before and after the treatment with endoscopic balloon dilation. 25 patients are studied prospectively and endoscopic balloon dilation was successful in 96% of the patients after two dilation sessions.

GASTRİK ÇIKIŞ OBSTRÜKSİYONLARINDA ENDOSKOPİK BALON DİLATASYONU

Peptik ülser hastalığına sekonder oluşmuş gastrik çıkış obstrüksiyonu olan hastaların klinik, endoskopik ve gastrik ultrasonografik Özellikleri, endoskopik balon dilatasyonundan önce ve sonra değerlendirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada prospektif olarak 25 hasta incelenmiş ve dilatasyon hastaların %96'sında iki seanstan sonra başarılı olmuştur.
