Son evre renal hastalıkta gebelik nadir bir durumdur. Renal transplantlı hastalarda başarılı bir gebelik sağlanabilir ancak anne ve fetus için birçok risk mevcuttur. Bu hastaların dikkatli bir şekilde takibi yapılmalıdır; nefroloji, obstetrik ve neonatoloji uzmanları ile multidisipliner bir yaklaşım uygulanmalıdır. Bu yazıda, 31 yaşında 6 yıldır renal transplante böbrek taşıyan bir gebe hasta sunuldu. Otuz beşinci gebelik haftasında erken membran yırtılması ve primipar makat prezentasyon endikasyonuyla sezaryen seksiyo ile 2070 gr sağlıklı bir erkek bebek doğurtulmuştur.

Women with a renal transplant can have a successful pregnancy; however there are many risks for both the mother and the fetus. These patients should be carefully monitored and a multidisciplinary approach with specialists of nephrology, obstetrics and neonatology is required. In this report a 31 year old pregnant women with a renal transplant of six years is presented. At the 35th week of pregnancy, the delivery of a 2070 gram healthy male infant was performed via cesarean section due to premature rupture of membranes and primipara breech presentation.
