A CASE OF SURRENAL CARCINOMA WITH CUSHING'S SYNDROME

In this article a case who has Cushing's syndrome due to adrenal carcinoma has been reported. The case was diagnosed as Cushing's syndrome and surrenal carcinoma by the help of clinical signs, laboratory tests and imaging techniques and then operated. After subtotal resection of the carcinoma patient treated with o.p' DDD in dose 6g/d. Unfortunately the patient passed away because of systemic metastasis, deep vein thrombosis and DIC six months after operation.

Bu yazıda Sürrenal karsinomaya bağlı bir Cushing sendromu olgusu sunulmuştur. Olguya klinik, laboratuar ve görüntüleme yöntemleri ile Cushing sendromu ve adrenal tm tanısı konmuş ve öpere edilmiştir. Tümörün olabildiğince rezeksiyonundan sonra o.p' DDD tedavisi başlanmıştır. Tedavinin 6. ayında yaygın sistemik metastazlar, trombofilebit ve DIC tablosu gelişen hasta kaybedilmiştir.
